I was looking at a 2019 RX450HL and went to openroad Lexus port moody at first. Sat there for 2 and a half hours negotiating a price, "I cant go any lower, I am losing money, blah blah..." they promised me a car, I put down a deposit, after another week of waiting, they couldnt get me a car. " I can get one in Alberta but you have to pay shipping, we can order one but your monthly payments will go up..." more BS....

I reached out to Simon at Regency Lexus about the same car and he got back to me right away. He was very knowledgable, no BS. He offered me a better deal than openroad Lexus and treated me fairly within an hour. Angela was friendly and got financing details completed almost right away. I got my 2019 RX450HL the very next day. within 24 hrs I am out the door, happy, with my new car. Excellent staff, great showroom, will definitely return for my next vehicle. the time I saved and the service I got was worth it.

As always the customer service reps are very courteous and organized. My Lexus IS a 2006 model and with every visit they are very helpful and take the time to explain the issues if any and provide options for repairs.
