I don't know why some people rate this location low starts. I bought my 2021 IS 300 from George he is one of the best sales person I ever meet in my Life, he did not ask me to buy what they have in stock. He ask me what I actually want what colour what specifications. He was honest and very helpful all the time. Yesterday, I went to pick up my car from sales to Store Manager they all welcome me and take photos with us as memory, they treat me with respect and ensure I am happy with my purchase.
Thank you Lexus Regency Team, I will suggests my friends and Family this location. Thank you for great customer Service.
