I really appreciate the warm welcome and professional service at the Regency Lexus Service. Daniel the manager is very knowledgeable and understanding. I would recommend their services to all my family and friends. Worth noting is that I drive out from Richmond to have my Lexus vehicles here. They are just that good, accommodating and trustworthy. Took my car in to get an airbag replacement due to a recall. Was given a brand new NX SUV as a loaner for the day. Service was what one would expect with Lexus: superb. They finished ahead of schedule and even washed and cleaned my car.
