I went to all 3 Lexus dealership in the lower mainland and proceeded with Regency Lexus. I stumbled upon sales rep Chris Ting via their online chat service. Chris was respectful, offered excellent service and, of course, a great deal without the back and forth that other dealers make you go through. Best of all, all the costs are transparent and there were no hidden fees (ie doc fees, accessories, etc...) that other dealers try to hide in their quotes and telling you that it's mandatory. Since then, I have recommended Chris to two of my family members and both of them purchased a vehicle from Chris.
