The service that my other half and I had received from Regency Lexus was refreshing and efficient.

Simon Lian was straight forward with payment and numbers. I had previously already owned three Lexus vehicles in the past so I didn’t care much about the features of the vehicle or test driving.

Simon provided us with the figures over text and didn’t try any bait and switch tactics when we arrived at Regency Lexus. We agreed to the payment that we had negotiated and picked up the vehicle today.

As always the customer service reps are very courteous and organized. My Lexus IS a 2006 model and with every visit they are very helpful and take the time to explain the issues if any and provide options for repairs.
