My experience at Recency Lexus was amazing from the start . I would recommend Shane he was an amazing product advisor that was supportive in helping me find my dream car . All the staff were knowledgeable and helpful . This dealership was the most efficient and Shane was dedicated and answered all my questions and concerns. Fabulous experience would highly recommended Regency Lexus .

Took my car in to get an airbag replacement due to a recall. Was given a brand new NX SUV as a loaner for the day. Service was what one would expect with Lexus: superb. They finished ahead of schedule and even washed and cleaned my car.
