a breath of fresh air!

We bought our first Lexus here and switched over from Porsche. We don't actually live that close to Regency Lexus and found them by chance after having so-so experiences with two other Lexus dealerships. But what a breath of fresh air Regency Lexus turned out to be compared to the best you can imagine of car dealerships in general these days. We dealt with Shane, who didn't put a foot wrong from the very first contact to us driving away in our new car. And the most amazing thing: Shane is not the odd man out there. Everybody we spoke to on staff was just a pleasure to deal with and exuded high integrity. Management at Regency Lexus is doing something very right and hiring the right people. I would definitely do business with both Shane and Regency Lexus again.
